Sandvik IT Services' Workplace Services Delivery supports the Sandvik business with Lotus Notes and Domino applications that automate and rationalize business processes and support collaborative behavior. The department is now expanding and we are looking for someone with enthusiasm for systems development within Lotus Notes and Domino. The position is based in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
In this position you will be an important part of Sandvik IT Services' Dynamic Workplace Delivery, where you will take part in both application maintenance and project activities. You will work within the development and application management area of Dynamic Workplace.
Your profile
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Lotus Notes Domino or Java developers who would like to work in a challenging environment and want to be part of a team with broad knowledge and far-reaching competencies, in which you determine the limits for your own achievement. As a Java developer you would learn the classic Domino development and utilize your Java knowledge in backend functionality and/or in the Eclipse frontend.
You have a degree level education in computer science or equivalent experience and have several years of experience with Lotus Notes Domino, LotusScript, @ Formula, Java and JavaScript. In addition, experience in Web 2.0 techniques (Ajax, XML, and JSON) and, especially, the Dojo toolkit is advantageous. You are fluent in both written and verbal English and you also have the ability to transform customer requirements into working solutions.
