System Manager
Our client is a large organization with a good reputation within the Telecom area. As a consultant at Dfind IT you will work as a System Manager at our clients Systems department at NDO GW, were they guide, support and follow up on the XFTs work in order to support fast feature flow. They also have a responsibility to support the introduction of new releases to the market and assure that their system documentation is correct.

As a System Manager the possible work and competence area is broad and will consider your current competences. More specific, in the areas of node functionality such as Connectivity, IP, Routing, Policy and Charging Control. As a System Manger in this area, you will be part of a Competence Team. Among your work tasks you will be responsible for certain System Artifacts (Part of Requirement model, Requirement documents, Statements of Compliance towards 3GPP standards etc). The way they work with requirements, system descriptions, release documentation etc are rapidly changing due to On Demand SW Delivery (ODSD) and there will be possibilities to be part of defining the new requirement WoW.

As a System Manager, working for the GW systems department, you will:

• Participate in studies within the competence area

• Produce Quick studies in close cooperation with the APO as decision base for the F1 decisions

• Drive Feature Analyses

• Perform 3GPP CR analysis and select CRs to be added to the Product Backlog

• Drive GW evolution within your area (3GPP CR suggestions, Patent suggestions etc)

• Guard the System view on Node level ("look and feel" etc) and take document responsibility for selected System Artifacts

• Act as a Peer SM towards XFTs

• Give support and guidance during Early Phases and development

• Review Early Phases reports

• Review & Approve System Artifacts

• Support Q&A within your area

• You may also work with Release Program, GGSN Q&A, PDU PC System & Technology studies.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the role Systems Manager/Systems Developer at Packet Core

• Good knowledge of Agile & Lean Ways of Working

• Good knowledge of SSR is a strong advantage

• Good knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud is a strong advantage

• Excellent ability to analyze complex content and take appropriate decisions

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly developed skills in working in a multi-cultural and global organization

• Highly developed initiative and drive
