The Buying & Production (BOPO) IT division is close to the heart of H&M working closely with Buying and production of our products. The IT division has a large number of custom applications, supporting H&M group's core processes within Buying and Production.
As a System Responsible in BOPO your main focus will be to manage the maintenance and development deliveries for one of our many exciting areas. You will lead and work closely with a Requirement Analyst, a System Architect and a delivery team offshore. You will also ensure work is coordinated with other teams and work closely with the business in Sweden and Asia. In this role you will also have a responsibility for budget planning and follow-up and assist in recruitments to your team. Also working in partnership with vendors is integrated in your day to day work. We are now looking for two System Responsibles to join our division BOPO.

You are interested in leadership to be able to lead you team and to achieve a successful delivery. Your responsibilities
The job of a System Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• The overall responsibility for the delivery and output for one area
• Ensuring that the delivery to business is on time and with quality
• Ensuring that there is a short and long-term delivery plan
• Reporting status to IT Service Responsible, our business and other stakeholders
• Responsible for the internal way of working within the team on site
• Coordinating changes, problems and incidents
• Documenting, preparing and evaluating decision material
• Responsible for maintenance plans
• Responsible for budget planning and follow-up
• Working actively with our vendor relationships
• Follow up contractual agreements with vendors
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• Minimum 2 years prior experience as a System Responsible, Project Leader, Service delivery manager, Maintenance manager or similar where you have managed the delivery of a team
• Experience of working with distributed/offshore teams
• Experience working with vendors and/or service delivery management
• Practical experience of Agile work methods such as Kanban or Scrum
It is an advantage if you have practical experience of SAFe.
