You will lead and take responsibility for the delivery within the service area, to manage & control daily operations, steer, support and coach the operation team.
The Buying & Production (BOPO) IT division is close to the heart of H&M working closely with Buying and production of our products. The IT division has a large number of custom applications, supporting H&M group's core processes within Buying and Production. We are now looking for two System Responsible to join our division BOPO.
This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be a part of taking the next step for the organization. As System Responsible you will lead and work closely with a Requirement Analyst, a System Architect and a delivery team offshore. You will handle expectations, requirements and requests and ensuring quality in the delivery at all time.

Your responsibilities
The work as System Responsible comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes but are not limited to:
• Responsible to secure that the daily service delivery team meets agreements with customers and if not, ensure that corrective actions are taken
• Responsible for the internal way of working within the team on site and work with process managers to improve internal processes and performance
• Responsible to ensure that metrics and data is follow up
• Follow up that delivered services meet contractual agreements with external suppliers
• Follow up and analyze operational performance and work proactively with improvements
• Work with external suppliers to align capacity, availability, continuity and security towards IT service requirements (customer needs)
• Cooperate with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in all the above on regular basis
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Minimum 3 years prior experience as a System Responsible, Project Leader, Service delivery manager, Maintenance manager or similar where you have managed the delivery of a team
• Experience working with vendors and/or service delivery management
• Customer oriented/focused
• High ability to communicate and prioritize
• Experience of budget work and budget follow up
• Competence to understand new requirements and their impact on existing services
• Experience of working with distributed/offshore teams
• Practical experience of Agile work methods such as Kanban or Scrum
• You are good in communication both in Swedish and English, orally and writing
It is an advantage if you have practical experience of SAFe
