CEVT – China Euro Vehicle Technology, is an engineering and development centre for future B- and C-segment cars, addressing the needs of both Volvo Cars and Geely Auto.

As a System Manager you are responsible for the development of new systems within the body upper module team. You will also have the responsibility to manage the resources and the deliveries from the project team both in Sweden and China.

  Responsibilities and tasks

• Lead the development of new systems within CEVTs upper BIW
• Drive the development of components which together form the body structure
• Lead functions between areas/teams
• Develop system design solutions together with partners and suppliers
• Drive and develop system requirement alignment across CEVTs product portfolio
• Define, plan and monitor system testing and validation together with the Validation Manager

 Requirements

• B.Sc. Or M.Sc Engineering
• 15 years of automotive development with focus on body in leading positions
• Experience of system development
• Experience of project management
• Experience of supplier management
• Knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
• Experience from different cultures, especially Asian – European culture
