Your future challenge
You will work with SW development and test of real time software. We use C/C++, ADA and Java as languages. Sometimes we also use assembler.
Todays demands
You most likely have a Master of Science degree or equivalent. Preferably with some years experience of software development in C++ and object oriented design. It is a merit to have experience of real time systems, ClearCase, Linux and Visual Studio.
It is to your advantage if you like working with technical solutions for both hardware and software and are interested in how the whole system works.
To enjoy working with us you should be easy to communicate with, lack prestige and humble. You need to be able to express yourself fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, since we work closely with our colleagues in South Africa.
We require Swedish citizenship for this position.

Electronic Defence Systems, a business area of Saab, is one of the world’s premier suppliers of solutions for surveillance, avionics and systems to detect, locate and protect against threat.
We are now looking for a SW development engineer for development of airborne radar warning, ESM- and Self Protection systems.
