The opportunity
Construction Management Office leads worldwide construction activities ahead of project handover to Construction & Commissioning, establishing standards, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across multiple regions.
The mission is to lead the C&C CMO department globally within HVDC, ensuring that the department's processes, knowledge and skills will provide the projects with the necessary resources and tools, to allow for a cost-effective execution in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.

How you'll make an impact
Drive and lead C&C's efforts toward HVDC sustainability goals.
Review and interpret project-specific sustainability requirements.
Collaborate with Tender & Project Sustainability Managers to ensure customer sustainability requirements are met.
Communicate sustainability initiatives and progress to all C&C managers.
Ensure social sustainability measures are implemented within project budgets and scope.
Monitor, analyze, and take action on sustainability KPIs that deviate from defined targets.

Your background
Ideally, you have experience managing or coordinating large infrastructure projects, preferably in environmental or sustainability management.
A bachelor's or master's degree in sustainable development, engineering, construction management, or project management.
Understanding of sustainability reporting and some experience in preparing reports.
Familiarity with laws and regulations compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
