We are looking for a Supply Coordinator to join our Supply team in Stockholm, whom will be responsible for coordinating, reporting, as well as controlling of import, inventory, and distribution of hardware to European customers and partners. As well as administering our webshop and support internal users. The Supply Coordinator will be vital for our future success in our Hardware Distribution.

Business, but not as usual
Coordinate import process, freight forwarder bidding, and customs clearance agency
Administrate the webshop on various parameters, troubleshooting, and performance improvement
Be first line contact for key partners as 3PL providers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and internal team as Commercial, Customer Service
Handle product order fulfilment andchange requests
Handle broken product return and warranty claim processes
Responsible inventory reporting process
Take part in various logistics projects
Key measurements include order fulfillment rate and accuracy, on-time delivery, and logistics costs

The skills you need to succeed
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain related area
2-3 years of relevant experiences. International export/import & distribution, courier management, or e-commerce administration is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Business focus with strong analytical mindset
Ability to take on and lead individual projects
Fluent in English & Swedish, written and spoken
