hela Sverige As the leader of Pierce Supply Planning Team, you are responsible of 4 direct reports in talented group of 8 people; monitoring, reporting and fulfilling targets within the following areas:
- Initiate Purchase orders to refill stock in Relex planning tool.
- Monitor SKU-Availability, Forecast accuracy and revise associated targets.
- Monitor Inventory value levels and push activities to hit our agreed targets.
- Manage the process to include new Suppliers in our global set-up.
- Develop ways-of-working within the interface Supply Planning and Assortment Management, to unlock potential.
In addition to a strong team you are supported by modern IT-platforms, such as Relex, Power BI etc.
As Pierce is a fast-growing company, your role as Team Leader is much about securing that your team is optimizing the improvement potentials.
Key words like "Work Smarter" and "Challenge, improve, repeat" are guiding your decisions and prioritization.
- Understands the principles of Inventory management
- Worked in and develop Planning tools for Forecasting or Replenishment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English and good level of Swedish.
- University degree or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Experience
- Have at least 5 years of Planning experience.
- Managed inventory levels where assortment >10000 SKUS.
- Leader of a planning/Purchasing team or worked a couple of years as Supply Chain consultant.
- Execution of Sales and Operation Planning, S&OP.
