Job Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for securing supply for current and coming products within the portfolio, including planning, internal supply process development and business improvements. The function will work closely with the rest of the organisation, such as Finance, Commercial (Sales), Quality Assurance and Regulatory.
For this position, we are either looking for an experienced person, or a person with the right frame of mind to quickly learn and wants to take the next career step.
Duties and Resposibilities:
• Forecasting/MRP calculations
• Monthly inventory control and reporting
• Purchasing
• Balance customer service level with cost of supply, and continuously seek to optimize this balance
• Transportation, warehousing and distribution agreements
• Collect area intelligence within warehousing and distribution within our region
• Monthly internal audit and reporting
• CMO management * Run Knowledge Management process, Risk Management process and contingency planning for all products
• Continuously update cross functional departments on supply chain activities
• Plan and run Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OPs)
• Have daily contact with suppliers and to be information carrier at potential supply issues.
• Ensure all work comply with cGDP, cGMP and all internal SOPs Who are we looking for?
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
• Educated to an academic level in purchasing, logistics or trade
• Experience from working with Supply Chain including forecasting, planning, order execution and demand management or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities.
• Ability to provide structured and action oriented support.
• Ability to work with own initiative and good organisational skills
• Pharma experience is a required merit.
• Written and spoken fluency in Swedish and English
