OM TJÄNSTEN
Mycronic is a global high-tech company whose innovative solutions have shaped the electronics industry for over 40 years. Today, they continue to grow and serve customers across an expanding range of industries. What Mycronic does influences the future of technology, and consequently, how we will live our lives tomorrow. They are currently seeking their next Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure the development, improvement, and monitoring of supplier and quality processes. You will work proactively with a focus on strengthening the quality in these processes. In this role, you will be offered a broad scope of responsibility where you can influence and contribute your expertise to establish structures, methodologies, and improvement initiatives.
In the role of SQE, a significant part of the work involves assessing and identifying suppliers, as well as establishing quality plans for existing ones. You will also analyze and assess quality risks that may be critical to Mycronic's business and projects. Ultimately, you will contribute to defining and implementing improvements in various process stages in an effective manner.
ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
• Proactively identifying, investigating, and collaboratively preventing quality deficiencies with suppliers and colleagues.
• Reviewing statistics and leading quality improvement activities based on analysis.
• Engaging in dialogue with both Swedish and international suppliers on quality matters.
• Providing input on technical solutions/specifications during procurement/drawings to reduce the risk of future quality deviations
• Planning, conducting and follow up on supplier audits

To be successful in this role, we believe that you are a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a business-oriented mindset. Personally, you excel in efficiently prioritizing and structuring your work, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate flexibility in your approach.
Other requirements for this role include:
• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical understanding
• Experience conducting international audits as a lead auditor
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Fluent proficiency English
It is meritorious if you have
• Proficiency in Swedish and French language
• Experience in working in a production environment
• Experience in lean methodologies
