Job Description
During your summer job at the department for international technical support and training you will gain a broad insight into project management, training and market communication. The focus will be set on your skills and your field of interest. That gives you the chance to drive your own topics.
Support with maintenance of information platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
Active support in the department's market communication.
Actively participate in the department's improvement and development activities.
Support your team with daily ad-hoc tasks (e.g. maintaining department databases and other organizational topics).
Support in digitalization of training.
Qualifications
Personality:
You have an optimistic attitude, innovative spirit and good communication skills.
You have social competence, the endurance to follow up tasks and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
Working Practice:
You can work independently and have a structured and well-organized way of working, with a strong sense of taking own initiative.
Experience and Knowledge:
You have already gathered some previous work experience.
You are confident in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Language:
You are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
Education:
Your are currently a student pursuing, alternatively have just completed, a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, international communication or comparable.
