For our client we are looking for a student relations coordinator.
Within HR Services Recruitment we are now looking for a passionate and energetic student relations coordinator who is in the beginning of an HR / Employer Branding career. Job location is Stockholm, but frequent travel around Sweden is required.

Job description:
As a Student Relations Coordinator you are responsible for the image and the employer brand of the company towards the students and young professionals. Considering this a very important target group for our future recruitment need, you will ensure that they see our company as a top employer. The activities and events will take place on different locations in Sweden, so traveling will be part of the job. You will operate with great flexibility and have the chance to improve and develop the area.
Building and managing relations with different relevant stakeholders both internal and external (for example student associations, universities and ambassador networks)
Initiating and organizing employer branding activities like work-shops, career fairs, presentations etc in line with our Employer Branding strategy
Coordinating internal student processes like thesis projects, summer workers and internships.
Maintain our strong employer brand externally by continuous improvements of the area within student relations.

As a Student Relations Coordinator, you have the following qualifications
As a former bachelor/master student you have an understanding of the target groups as well as our organization. You know how to reach and persuade the current generation of students and young professionals. Moreover you have a natural way of connecting to people and you have a feeling for the motivators of young potentials. It is important that you are able to work independent on projects and are able to deliver from concept to end result. You are self -driven, creative, pragmatic, pro- active, social and a real networker. Furthermore, you have a constant high level of energy, possess project management skills and you are result driven.
Knowledge and experience in running projects, designing and setting up events from concept to execution are a merit as well as having a good and logical connection to our target group of Students & Young Professionals.

Besides this:
You have a university degree
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
