www.engelska.se We are looking to add a Student Care Coordinator to our Student Care team. The will be a full time position starting from August 2022. You would work closely with the two other student care coordinators and the student care team. Each of our Student Care Coordinators have an individual initiative that they have in addition to the general responsibilities listed below. For this position we are looking for someone to assist with lovskola for Math, so experience in this area will be a bonus for potential applicants.
The purpose of the student care coordinator is to support the student care manager in all areas of student care.
Job description for the Student Care Coordinator:
• Responding to classroom assistance requests
• Acting as mentor for 16 students
• Planning and delivering initiatives to the year levels that assist with their social development
• Working together with HoYs, Student Care Manager and Assistant Principals on student care cases
• Being present in classrooms when there is a need for support i.e. substitute teachers, disruption
• Working one on one with students who need extra support
• Build relationships with all students in the respective year levels in order to facilitate future conversations
• Contacting/meeting with parents about student care issues
• Being visible in the corridors during the busiest times of the day
• Being an active part of the student care team i.e. attending meetings, contributing to preventative planning
