In this strategic role you will be part of a team ensuring we have the right terminal network to deliver our growth plans and Shared Vision 2025.
Be a part of our team
As a Strategic Transformation Lead and Network Planner, you will ensure that we are on track with our transformation plans, follow up and support our strategic initiatives to Win In Parcel. This means to work with the team on developing plans, validate hypotheses through PoC's, pilots or by other means. Together with the team and other parts of the organization, you will ensuring there's good momentum in our projects and that we have supporting material to execute transformation plans within the four countries we operate in. In the role you will work with tasks such as terminal network simulation and strategic long-term volume forecast, sensitivity analytics etc.
You will be part of a Nordic team with senior competence and you report directly to Chief of Group Technology, Network Strategy & DPD.
You have what it takes
You have a university degree, experience in project management and a minimum of 3 years of experience, for example from a consultant firm or another role where you have acquired good communication and presentation skills. You have excellent analytical skills and a firm understanding of business. As a person you are structured, driven by challenges and complex deliveries. You are not afraid of taking the lead and at the same time you are a very good team player. As you will work with all parts of the organization, high level of collaboration and team skills are key i.e. the ability to work through and with others.
Applicants need to have very good skills in English. You need to be able to travel approx. 40 travel days per year and you will be based in Stockholm.
