We care and take responsibility in driving the quality to the next level with LEAN Six Sigma principles as a natural part. Your working area include our factory in India and collaborations with our production unit in China.

Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility is strategic quality assurance in HVDC Factory
Develop, improve and implement quality improvements and Lessons learned
Drive continuous improvement in update of process and benchmark others
Conduct internal audits and follow-up factory quality
Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls during production to verify that processes will meet customer and stakeholder requirements
Lead Failure Investigation when needed
Manage a cross-functional forum that drive and support practical problem solving to improve quality aspects
Analyse quality data and drive actions
Your background
We are looking for an engaged and driven person who are true team player with a problem-solving oriented and structured mindset
You contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere
Good knowledge in quality assurance and production.
Experience in process development is an advantage
Background within Lean Six Sigma and experience from using DMAIC or similar methodology is preferred
HVDC knowledge is beneficial but not a requirement
You hold a university degree in engineering or have some years of work experience
Proficiency in English and Swedish is required for this position
