At Global Bus Technology (GBT) function we are proud to navigate and lead the Volvo Buses transition into the future of sustainable transports.
You and your team are part of Product and Project Management team, Part of GBT, where we support the Volvo Buses projects, taking the holistic view in a change oriented way with a positive attitude. You will also be involved in the GBT management team to drive and support improvements to prepare for the future as well as supporting the different functions within GBT.
You are passionate about driving improvements and collaborating with people to bring out the best of the organization. You understand that Continuous Improvement also need structure and documentation.
You will contribute to customers success by having these core responsibilities:
support and sometimes drive the strategic focus areas within the GBT management team to build and execute the strategic agenda and objectives
support the GBT management team in providing a clear vision and strategy how to continuously improve the operations
support and coach the different functional management teams to reach operational excellence and continuously improve
support and coach the management team and departments in process development and improvement for relevant areas as well as visualize and defining suitable Performance Indicators
overall perspective of process & IT initiatives within development and GBT, including connected IT budget needs
VBC representative / interface towards GTT Digital Engineering in certain areas
