Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The role as Administrator is broad and flexible, consisting of both administrative and hands-on work tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative competence and work within different parts of a dynamic organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Administering courses (scheduling, planning exams, reporting grades, updating the course web),
- Being the contact person towards the students,
- Providing support and information to faculty,
- Arranging meetings, seminars, and other smaller/bigger events.
Your profile
You are likely to be described as a service-minded organizer with strong collaborative and communications skills. You enjoy working in a high-tempo environment, both independently and together with others, and you can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are proactive, have strong problem-solving skills, and have an eye for details. You are technically competent and willing to learn SSE's digital systems.
Requirements:
- Experience from an administrative role.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Good computer skills, chiefly with office programs.
Meritorious:
- Written and oral communication skills in Swedish.
- Experience or interest in an academic environment.
