The role
This will be a new role to our company which enables you to really make it your own. You will be required to work in fast paced environment within a small but dedicated team. As we are an early stage company that is growing quickly, the ability to roll up your sleeves and help wherever necessary is an absolute must. We are looking for someone that ideally has a lot of drive and ambition, with a view to becoming a core part of the team and embracing the opportunities that come as a result.

Job Description
Community Manager
• Act as the primary point of contact for all SFH member companies.
• Coordinate and acclimatise new fintech member and partner residents to the hub.
• Build relationships with SFH members/partners and potential members/partners, industry professionals and journalists and encourage community engagement.
• Organise SFH investor, member and partner events and coordinate with relevant partners/service providers.
• Work with the design and content team to generate new social media ideas and content to drive communications.
• Tie up partnerships with global fintech hubs, with a view to providing scale and dialog for fintech companies internationally and to contribute to geographically relevant events.
• Manage and delegate tasks to interns.

The Candidate
The candidate will be:
• Eager to interact with SFH members and partners both in person and by phone.
• Highly organised and efficient.
• Able to prioritise workload.
• Friendly and extroverted.
• Welcoming - as a primary point of contact within our organisation, you will be instrumental in setting a first impression.
• Able to pick up tasks quickly and execute efficiently.
• Able to work proactively under their own initiative.
• Able to cope with multiple tasks at once.
• Flexible and able to pick up tasks outside of the specific job description where necessary.
• A team player.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Intermediate MS Office and general computer skills.
• Organised.
• Excellent written/verbal English and Swedish.
• Proactive.
• Keen to learn new skills.

The company
The Stockholm Fintech Hub is looking to engage a Community Manager, with a view to further developing the fintech ecosystem in Sweden. The Stockholm Fintech Hub is a project started in late 2016, working to bring together Sweden's fintech companies, financial institutions, industry regulators and investors. It is the goal of the hub to promote and help financial innovation in Sweden reach new levels of adoption and ensure our companies have the best possible support needed to succeed. As we are a start-up ourselves, we are working hard to meet the demands of the fintech community and we expect that our concept and services will change over time as we continue to share ideas, experience and develop the community and the services that matter to it.
