The Starbucks Store is located at Stockholm Central Station. Starbucks is the largest coffeehouse company in the world. Starbucks purchases and roasts high-quality whole bean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian style espresso beverages, a variety of pastries and confections, and coffee-related accessories and equipment.

Job Description
This job contributes to SSP's success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys partners and delegates tasks so that partners can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Best of all, you'll help your team create a welcoming environment. Starbucks is consistently rated as a great place to work and the people here love what they do. The Starbucks store opening and closing hours will vary between 05.30-23.00 seven days a week so you must be available to work between these hours.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective communication skills, fluent in Swedish and very good in English
• Knowledge of the retail environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
