Currently we are looking for a cleaner (Städare) for our Hemstädning operations in Malmö. The job is initially offered on part time (30 % - 60 %) basis but, depending on performance, can be increased to 100% fulltime permanent job within 3 months.How does it work?Our Hemstädning service is different in many ways. For instance, we do not provide cleaning materials and cleaning equipment. It means that our customers enjoy higher degree of freedom in choosing cleaning materials and equipment. It also helps them avoid infections resulting from use of cleaning equipment in more than one place. For someone who wishes to join our cleaning team, it is liberating as he/she can walk up to the customer's home, do cleaning work and come back without carrying any materials or equipment.We provide work schedule one month in advance to both our customers and our cleaners to ensure smooth operations. Thus who wish to join us will know well in advance about when, where and for how long their services are required. Wages, insurance and pensionOur employees and our operations are fully insured. We provide wages, all relevant insurances and pension to our workers as stated in collective agreement.Job Requirements:An ideal cleaner (städare) should:1. be tidy, polite and punctual.2. have no criminal record. Police clearance required.3. have no pending issues at kronofogden.4. have some cleaning experience, preferablyhemstädning experience.5. must speak either English or Swedish. Knowledge of Urdu language will be added advantage but not a requirement.6. be able to commute within Malmö city and surrounding areas. Driving license and personal vehicle will be preferred but not a must.7. We are an equal opportunity company and we will encourage female workers to join us.8.
