Program Setup - The Job
The program runs for 1 - 1,5 years and ends with a permanent position at SSAB Special Steels. Throughout the program you will rotate between four different departments in our division Special Steels located in Sweden, with the possibility to visit our mill in the US. You could be working within departments such as Production Development, Technology, Production and Services.
Besides getting to know each department, you will have an internal mentor, guiding you through the program as well as an external coach, focusing on your personal leadership development.
Who You Are
You have a university degree (with or without work experience) or are about to graduate.
Preferred areas of education: engineering, technology, industrial economy, sustainability, system development, digitalization.
We believe that your education is the foundation, but that your personality and motivation is key! You are inspired by our mission to de-carbonize the steel industry and you tackle new situations with curiosity. We are looking for talents that are interested in leadership and aspire to become great leaders, with our guidance. As this is a global program, a good level of English together with Swedish is required.
