About the role
As a Specialist Service Designer, your responsibilities will encompass active participation in our client 's project, focused on developing two key customer-centric, end-to-end services. In this role, the senior service designer will provide support to development teams, ensuring that business strategy and customer requirements are all integrated into the agile and iterative development process. You will work closely within the strategy team, design studio, and technology workstreams. The purpose of this project is to sharpen the roadmap and proof the value of designed services in fast and iterative process.
About you
We are seeking a candidate who is open-minded and curious. You should possess a business-like demeanor, strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and be comfortable with taking on responsibilities. Additionally, we require experience in driving the service development process, working in an agile and iterative environment, conducting timely user research, prototyping/visually narrating service solutions, and developing business models.
To succeed in this role, candidates are expected to meet the following qualifications:
• Relevant education and documented work experience (portfolio).
• Capable to drive service design thinking among stakeholders; co-create services with other designers, customers, business partners, analysis, and developers.
• Strong in iterative design process and methods; based on the urgency and projects ' uniqueness, apply efficient tools to proof ideas and values, and to support agile way of work.
• Experienced in all phases in service development, from business analysis, user/customer research, design, development, to delivery.
• Capable to drive the service system development from a holistic view; establish scalable service architecture and touchpoints.
• Experienced in working side-by-side with UX designers and development team, to ensure end service experience.
• Ability to lead and facilitate co-design workshops
• Capable to visualize and prototype concepts for communication and testing
• Fluent in English business language.
• Service innovation with data or machine learning, trend analysis is desired
