The SOS Team (Special Order Service) within Services Supply Network at our client handles and administrate shipping of Parts to customers around the world and to our internal Distribution Centre (DC), including issuing all relevant export documentation.
As SOS Officer in the SOS Team you'll play a vital role in Services Supply Network, handling administrative work of an order, from initial contact with colleagues to coordination and follow-up of transportation to the clients final customers.
You will focus on:
Main contact for Express orders.Coordinate and follow up with the clients forwarders for each Express order.Responsible for invoicing and issuing all relevant export documentation.Follow up on non-stocked items with pour suppliers. Securing the best solution to get the parts to the clients Receiving goods and out to their customers.Work in close cooperation with the clients warehouse and forwarders to see each shipment through in order to keep any mistakes to a minimum.
Skills Requirements:
Experience from other or preferably similar administrative work, familiar with the Microsoft Office package, good SAP knowledge and shipping experience is a must. Good communication skills. (You need to be fluent in English both written and verbally.)
