The work is about taking overall responsibility to ensure the high quality delivery process all the way into the goal. You should, therefore, be driven by doing business and having many contact areas with customers and consultants. You will become part of a delivery team while belonging to a customer team.

Responsibilities
Find, attract and match the right consultant to assignments. Interpret and understand customer needs and consultants skills. Negotiate terms and offer quotes as well as present candidates and solutions for customers. Follow up and secure the deal all the way to the finish.
