hela Sverige MAS/DCL Solutions "Market and Sell Total Offer/Deliver & Develop Customer Loyalty" is a global unit within Group IT. The mission of the unit is to ensure that the Volvo Group 's IT solutions and IT projects within the area of MAS/DCL are managed in an optimal way.
DCL Solutions
Deliver Customer Loyalty Solutions is the function, within MAS/DCL Solutions that is managing delivery responsibilities for core solutions for the sub-portfolios Quality & Warranty, Service & Repair, Diagnostics and Soft offer. The function has full responsibility for runtime (cost, quality of service) and for the delivery of projects.
The function is staffed with its own resources, including experts in the corresponding MAS/DCL-area complemented with resources coming from the Shared IT Services organization. The unit is supporting roadmap design and long term plan in its area and is responsible to drive deliveries according to the global solutions agenda.
Department Quality and Warranty
The Department Quality and Warranty is responsible for the management of all deliveries for core solutions in the quality and warranty portfolio (some solutions are UCHP, QRAFT, Argus & VSR).Within the delivery the team has full responsibility of onetime (cost, scope, quality) and runtime deliveries (SLA fulfillment, cost, quality of service). The function consists of Team Leaders, Solution Leaders, Solution Architects, Business Solution Experts and, Business Analysts, complemented with resources coming from Shared IT Service.
We are now looking for a Business Solution Expert in QRAFT. In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager Quality and Customer Feedback, MAS/DCL Solutions.
Role mission & context
As a Business Solution Expert you are an expert in the solutions and how it supports the Warranty and Quality process. You are a key resource together with the Solution Leader in supporting the Business with training, support, how to use the application and understanding requested process changes impact on the solution.
Responsibilities
• Manage the application lifecycle for a single or group of application(s) within a specified business process
• Contribute to the end user, business and IT requirements for the applicable solution(s)
• Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area
• Support continuity management for the solution(s), securing and maintaining complete solution documentation and its execution
• Perform quality assurance activities for end user support
• Support the solution review and analyse the business process and business requirements and its impact on the overall solution
• Contribute to the establishment of the solution delivery plan
• Work proactively with continuous improvements

As a Business Solution Expert you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. The Business Solution Expert is responsible to contribute to and support around solution requirements. It includes both one time and runtime deliveries in application management context. You have proven experience in business and excel in demonstrating core values according to the Volvo Way.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.
Required competencies
• Strong business understanding
• Experience of statistics and analytics
• Holistic view and understand BI
• Experience in Warranty & Quality Solutions
• Knowledge of system requirement work
• Excellent communication skills are a requirement
• Customer focused, teamwork skills and a structured approach
• Good documentation skills
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
