We Offer:
We are looking for a new member to one of our successful Solutions Customer Service teams where you will be joining an engaged team that delivers high quality service to our customers.
You will be the point of contact for all queries related to the Solutions Customer and you will be responsible for booking, planning of Shipments, resolution of customer queries, service issues and handling escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation. In the Solution Customer Service department we handle import related customer service tasks with daily contact with customer, suppliers and other stakeholders. Coordination with colleagues globally to ensure that all shipments are duly prepared for arrival. The position further involves daily handling of invoices, supplier invoices, cost and benefit calculations and arrival notifications.
You will also be responsible for preparing and sending the P.O. to the Customer and as well as the proactive and appropriate resolution of issues related to P.O. and Booking management. You will also be responsible for customer retention and for identifying cross sell and up sell opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
We believe you have at least 2 years' experience working in a large Operations or Customer service team with minimum 1 year experience in the Logistics sector with Customer facing experience.
We also think you have:
• Good communication skills.
• A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English.
• A very good knowledge and understanding in computer systems.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel.
• A genuine interest in the financial aspects of the daily operations.
• The ability to be a true team-player.
• The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• The will and capacity to take responsibility and deliver on set targets with the customer in focus.
• A creative mindset and the ability to work with improvments.
Experience in working with SAP is an advantage.
Experience in working with and troubleshooting EDI workflows is an advantage.
An educational background within freight forwarding or similar educational background is an advantage.
