Job Description:
1. Responsible for day-to-day sales execution and account servicing within assigned category - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
2. Responsible for pursuing and closing Solution Sales for partner prospects assigned, across the portfolio of cloud (SaaS) products
3. Develops a business case to support each sale, creates documentation to support sales process and partner agreements and SLAs, prepares for and organises team for commercial negotiations, interfaces with legal and finance for execution of contracts, and maintains all contractual and account management.
4. Responsible for partner client servicing and relationships, interfacing between account and Service Delivery Lead to quality assure on cloud SaaS product execution into assigned accounts, calculation of partner ROI, sales and account status reporting, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell / up-sell into assigned accounts.
5. Align with key Sales Account Managers and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
6. Works with the Regional target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
7. Works to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead, leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
8. Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers & develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
9. Travel is expected for new business, securing renewals, conferences and training
Core Responsibilities:
Support account managers by:
• Listening to customers to understand their current engineering challenges and objectives, and which tools are currently being used (SFDC and others). Work with the account manager to propose a SFDC solution to the customer's objectives including data connectivity, software solutions, workflow ideas and training requirements.
• Explaining the benefits of SFDC solutions over competitive products.
• Connect Account Managers with the appropriate SMEs, training coordinators, consultants, support members, etc. to help solve customer request.
• Working with Account Manager to secure renewals by promoting the value SFDC Products & features. This will often involve speaking with the customer and developing a strategy between Pre-Sales and the Account Manager to determine the best approach to secure the renewal.
• Attend conferences locally and non-locally, for the purposes of both being a technical representative and collecting sales leads to report to account managers.
• Provided software development feedback to product managers.

2. Excellent presentation skills, engaging the audience, asking questions, focusing on key value
3. Listener, understanding a customer's needs to properly qualify them and provide an appropriate solution.
4. Detail oriented, tracking your activity and proper follow up to client meetings.
Skill (Primary)
• Total 10+ yrs of expereince & Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in Cloud sales
• Cloud and ERP knowledge
• Proven track record in business application software sales
• Demonstrated success with sales campaigns in a fast - paced, consultative and competitive market (across Europe & UK)
• Proven experience of New Business Development
