We are now looking for Senior Identity and Access Management architect
As the Identity and Access Management architect within IT Platform Services, you will be part of a dedicated team providing end-to-end services to the business. You will be exploring our future needs, working with the product owner to set the vision and roadmap, and suggesting valuable next steps in our development.
You will support development initiatives and projects, evaluating, suggesting, creating new or updating existing applications within the Identity and Access Management area. You are proactive, have good insights into the identity and access management field and development and you suggest solutions, advise how different applications can use the authentication services and assist with integrations to Volvo Cars backend applications and make sure the solution fits into the existing platforms.
What you will be doing:
• Actively interact with stakeholders and development teams to identify common needs and capabilities and to execute solutions in alignment with Identity & Access Management Strategy and principles
• Plan and develop the IAM strategy and roadmap
• Work with supplier and vendor application architects to ensure coherent solutions, reuse, and ease of operations
• Ensure that current architecture is fit for purpose and suggest and implement improvements needed for an optimal operation E2E
• Quality assure the needed architectural documentation for the product E2E
• Work with the product owners, product managers, and the stakeholders to specify how the requested solution will be delivered
• Plan, design, and implement the solution, including integrations to backend systems, based on business needs and dependencies to existing IT services
• Take part in architecture reviews

We also need you to have the following technical skills:
• Documented IT experience from large/complex applications and projects in large global organizations
• A minimum of 5 years experience from developing enterprise digital services in general
• A minimum of 5 years experience in IT Security and Identity & Access Management
• A minimum of 5 years of experience from working on projects
• A minimum of 4 years Experience in IDPs like Microsoft Azure AD, Identity Management Systems, Access Manager Systems, directories, and Multi-Factor Authentication
• Experience in user provisioning and identity management
• Experience in Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics
• Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping
• Several years' experience of operating in global infrastructure environments
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and agile methods
• Experience from working in automotive
Required Skills
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to turn business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Good communication skills; the ability to convey ideas in written form and the capability to share those ideas verbally in a clear, concise manner to both technical specialists and people without technical knowledge.
