As a Software Services Consultant at Wolters Kluwer Legal Software, you will be responsible for implementation and delivery of Kleos - a leading Practice Management Software for Legal Professionals in Sweden.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Setup and configure software solutions for customers
• Training of end-users
• Qualify, solve and track Support issues as 2nd line Support
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project cycle
• Analyze technical feasibility, and propose solutions to meet customer requirements
• Participate in estimation of effort for new projects or changes
• Deliver quality work on time and within budget
• Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance relationship management
• Share best practice recommendations with customers and partners, ensuring an optimal use of the software
Qualifications
• Previous experience with Software and/or IT Support, preferably within the Legal or Tax industry
• Excellent skills in MS Office Suite
• Superb presentation, oral and written communication skills (Swedish and English)
• General knowledge of Accounting
• Skills in Database Design is a plus

• Good problem solving and analytical ability
• The ability to confidently present reasoned advice in formal and informal environments
• Ability to travel (10 % of time - mainly domestic, occasional international)
