Elekta Instrument AB s recruiting a Software Engineer for our RT Application team. This position is located at Elekta's head office in central Stockholm, Sweden and will report to Software Manager - RT Application.
What you'll do at Elekta
The team you will be joining consists of positive and open minded people, helping each other to reach our full potential as a team. As a Software Engineer you will focus on application software, advanced development and future innovation. You will be a member of a cross functional agile team that have responsibility to deliver complete features according to the program increment planning, including requirement specification, risk analysis, technical documentation, implementation of production code and test code, and testing of the implemented functionality.
Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to
Implementing software, including unit and integration tests
Programming in C++, CUDA, Python and other languages
Reviewing code and software related artifacts
Participating in architectural and detailed design
Participating in requirements engineering
Participating in risk reviews
Being a member of a cross functional agile scrum team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile ways of working
The right stuff
You have a master 's degree or similar and professional programming skills in C++. If you have experience from modern cloud and web technologies, it's a plus. We see that you are a problem solver with an interest in development of medical technologies and feels comfortable working in an international environment.
We think you are a driven and proactive team player with good communication skills who wants to work in an agile development environment and wants to share and expand your expertise with other developers. We must increase our competence in new areas, and we work in a constantly changing environment, so you need to be adaptable and enjoy being a constant learner.
