Our exciting opportunity
As a Site Solution Architect you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the local rollout and sales organization in acquisition and engineering topics in regard to technical acquisition, engineering, integration issues and supply and solutions by adapting the delivery strategy into local delivery plan as well as adapting existing processes, assessing project scope, integrating tools and methods and support to New Product Introduction for the service family of Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Site Engineering, Product Configuration and Integration to achieve alignment between global initiatives and local delivery and define the most cost efficient delivery.
Description of the role
The purpose of the Site Design within Site Engineering is to produce site specific Site Installation Documentation (SID) and Customer Site Documentation (CSD) including Site Drawings (Floor Plan drawing, Antenna drawing, Grounding drawing, etc.), allocation and cabling documents.
The SID is the site unique installation documentation and is used together with the generic product installation instructions to be used as part of the rollout programs with our customers as the official documentation for our different technical options (sites).
Solution Architect determine which materials to be used in the project as well as test all new products that are coming into the project.
Writing technical installation documents and also interact with customer on this
SPOC on all technical items during roll-out for ASP and Customer
Performing QA together with our quality assurance department on site and adapt general installation guidelines if needed
Part of quality review board
Part of customer audit team
Part of acceptance board
Last escalation point and last decision maker for acceptance
Give technical trainings to all ASP's (in the office and in the field)
Setting up SDU-I (Service Delivery Unit India) to make the SID's (Site Installation Doucments) making SID's and also the processes)
On site level provide solutions to be able to swap the site
Technical escalation point
Dealing with customer on all technical aspects

Typical Interfaces
Interface responsibility towards Customers and Product Development Units (PDU) in engineering issues and BUGS BL PRS for network rollout guidance and issues. Local Sales, Project, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Sourcing, Supply and Distribution organization, GSC, CSR-role and Network Design.
Tools & Resources
Microsoft Office suite of programs. Ericsson tools like NRO Delivery Platform, PIwin, GASK and SiteHandler and EriSite. Drawing program e.g. Auto-Cad

The successful candidate we are looking for has
Deep Technical knowledge in Site solutions portfolio and Site Engineering
You worked in the field installing Radio Sites either as technician, supervisor or field manager.
Climbing Capability
Understanding of the local market (Sweden) requirements from players, standards and requirements.
