We are expanding so looking for a communications professional to work as Site Communicator at Cytiva Umea Site with 700+ associates and with our expert team of 8000 associates across the world. Do you have a passion for communication? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do
Deliver internal communications priorities across Cytiva Umea site, often leading by example.
Work closely with the local leadership team and other colleagues and across global communications to shape and deliver our message to stakeholders both internally and externally.
Own nominated communications projects and organize initiatives and plan events.
Write articles and shoot videos for our intranet and newsletter.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field and 1-5 years communications experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, storytelling ability and presentations skills in both English and Swedish.
Dynamic, results focused and able to juggle priorities while building and maintaining trust and respect both within and outside the business; consistently delivering high quality results.
Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Clear interest and understanding of current affairs, politics and public opinion and the ability to gauge the effects of these on present and future business plans.
Integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
