Currently, we are looking for a Site Communicator for our Umeå site. In this new site-based role, you will support the business by developing and executing local communication and engagement strategies. As Site Communicator, you support the Umeå management team, working closely with our Plant Manager, while reporting into the Global Supply Chain Communications Manager.

What you'll do
You will develop, design and deliver local strategies, campaigns and messages that align to the site and global strategy and priorities.
Proactively work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results, and drive improvement in communication and engagement often leading by example. Your key stakeholders will include; Local site leadership team, People leaders, Union representatives, Project teams, Internal audience (largely non-wired) and Global communications.
You will be required to develop and deliver a communications plan and content, using both existing and new communication channels to reach your audience/s and drive measurable results.
You will work with a range of communication tools to develop both digital and offline content, ranging from the site intranet, emails, newsletter, digital screens, videos, town halls and events, presentations, posters, signage etc. etc.
You will be responsible for ensuring site communication is on brand, protects our reputation and aligns to our narrative. This will involve coaching, mentoring and training of stakeholders.

Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years communications experience.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, storytelling ability and presentations skills in both Swedish and English.
Dynamic, results focused and able to juggle priorities while building and maintaining trust and respect both within and outside the business; consistently delivering high quality results.
Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Clear interest and understanding of current affairs, politics and public opinion and the ability to gauge the effects of these on present and future business plans.
Strong integrity: accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
