As Shipping coordinator at Tetra Pak, you will be the link between the market company and the factory in Sunne. You will be involved in a large international network both within Tetra Pak and externally. The position will have an operational focus and take responsibility for delivering material to the customer at the right time. You will work closely linked with the supply chain organization to maintain the best service for our customers. You will report to the planning and logistic manager.
The position is based in Sunne.
Main responsibilities
• Planning and coordinating shipments to several export markets for all mode of transport, Ocean, Air, Road and Express.
• Follow the rules and procedures relating to quality, customs and safety.
• Make sure that all deliveries are in accordance with procedures and policy's set by Tetra Pak and governing authorities such as customs, VAT and export control.
• Warehouse stock taking
• Test material coordination
• Participate in WCM pillar to drive continuous improvement activities in the factory
Qualifications
We are looking for a true team player to join our team. We believe that you are a collaborative, self-motivated person who enjoys multi-tasking and have strong administrative and communication skills. You have also a supportive mind-set and are very open for effective collaboration with people.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have 1-3 years of work experience from a similar role and administrative tasks and a post-secondary education with a focus on export management, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain. Proficiency in MS Office, P2 & SAP knowledge would be beneficial. A very good command of English and Swedish, both written and oral is required.
