hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Zurich Insurance plc (Ireland), Sweden Branch i Stockholm For our Underwriting Services Corporate team in Stockholm, we are looking for a customer centric, agile and motivated Service Specialist!
As a Service Specialist, you will administrate large program business, instruct the network and serve Fronting Companies with information to issue required local policies within stipulated timeframes and quality. You will work in close cooperation with Underwriters, Brokers/Customers and the Network to ensure process excellence and timely deliveries. You will work mostly with property.
Key tasks:
• Data collection and preparation of new and renewal data for underwriting and policy issuance purposes
• Risk analyses preparation
• Support an Underwriter with the design of international program business regarding network routines and administrative excellence
• Registrations and support in internal systems
• Participation in customer meetings, both pre-bound and post bound to ensure the process flow
• Produce Claims Statistics, certificate issuance and, policy and invoice issuance
• Premium collection
Qualifications:
As a person, you recognize the benefit of providing excellent customer service. You are accurate in your work, you have experience in insurance market issues and you have good computer skills, especially Excel. You are responsible, communicative and show multitask capabilities. Experience in Property and other Lines of business (Construction/Liability/Financial Lines) as well as a great interest in this field of the insurance business is a plus.
