Service Specialist in Stockholm
Zurich Nordic offers local and global insurance programs both standardized as well as individually tailored. Our customers are mainly international and large industrial companies. We are now looking for an outgoing and positive person to join our Underwriting Services team as a Service Specialist. This is a temporary position for at least 8 months, with the possibility for extension.
As a Service Specialist, you will work with several lines of business for domestic and International Insurance Programs from Zurich. You will support with administration of our business programs, instruct the network, and serve Fronting Companies with information to issue required local policies within stipulated timeframes and quality. You will also work in close cooperation with Underwriters and the Network to ensure process excellence and timely deliveries.
Other Job Tasks:
• Data collection and preparation of new and renewal data for underwriting and policy issuance purposes
• Assistance to Underwriting Service Specialists
• Working with information in different internal systems
• Produce Claims Statistics, certificate issuance and policy and invoice issuance
• Cash management
Qualifications and skills:
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• High administrative skills
• Good computer skills, especially Excel
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
As a person, you recognize the benefit of providing excellent customer service. You are accurate in your work and show multitask capabilities. You are fast moving and flexible and have a self-driven approach. Experience from the insurance market is beneficial.
