Description
The client is looking for a Service Owner. As a Service Owner you will be accountable for ensuring that the service(s) deliver value and meet colleagues and stakeholders' expectations. You will be working closely with Team leads and Technicians to set the way of working and collaboration in an efficient way. Stakeholder management and handling new demands is a normality.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Experience from leading leaders
• Used to managing budget and economic planning
• Familiar with agile way of working and methodology, e.g. SAFe.
• Good understanding of operational processes within ITIL
• Knowledge and experience from both HW and SW used at the offices such as Laptops, Monitors, Windows, Mac, tablets, Network, video conference solutions, Office 365
• Experience from working with Service Now
• Experience from project management
• Fluent in Swedish and English language.
