Do you want to work with Technical Support within Health Care and Science and are looking for new challenges? We are looking for two new roles working with Technical Support as Customer Service Specialist, Nordic Region for the company Thermo Fisher Scientific.
How does your day look like?
Adecco is now looking for two permanent positions for our customer Thermo Fisher Scientific. Thermo Fisher Scientific are placed in Västra Frölunda in Gothenburg. The company is working as a supplier of laboratory equipment and other items within science and healthcare and are responsible to give the best service to customers to offer knowledge and support in our business. You will work as Customer Service Specialist, especially with technical support. You will also handle quotations, tenders and other questions. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers, sales organization and other departments within the organization.
You will be a part of a team of 25 persons, and in the role as Customer Service Specialist you will work against the whole Nordic Market.
We are looking for someone with a Bachelors Degree within Organic Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science or other equivalent degree.
You have been working with customers and like to work with many cases ongoing and love to serve the customer. It is a great advantage if you have experience from working with public tenders in any of the Nordic countries. Service is very important for you and with commercial experience you will work to give our customers quality of answers in a professional way.
We are looking for:
• One person with Danish and English spoken and written fluently
• One person with Finnish and English spoken and written fluently
• If you speak Swedish and/or one more Nordic language we see this as very positive.
