Your responsibilities
Processing service orders, projects and service contracts/timebanks according to the correct process
Create the purchase request for hardware, software and licenses
Assisting Service Managers with Approval process of Time Sheets and correcting them accordingly with Service Manager and/or Service Engineer
Set up of users, list views and creating, developing and maintaining dashboards
Introduction for new Service Managers, Service Engineers and administrators
Status and follow up on said dashboards, overview of statuses of active Work Orders and Service Appointments
Collaboration with planners from other divisions/businesses, keeping up with changes and upgrades of the system and distributing relevant information to affected users
Salesforce and FSL Superuser, working with users and system owner to enhance the system, biweekly meetings
Your background
Previous experience with SAP
Previous experience in service operations
Previous experience with Salesforce
Used to working with Office 365
