The Marketing Team
Our team is growing rapidly and includes team members focused on SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation, Content, and Paid Performance. To help power our next wave of user acquisition, we're looking for an analytical, creative, and collaborative SEO Specialist to drive global organic growth.
How you will make an impact
In this hands-on SEO role you will be responsible for covering both on-page, off-page and technical SEO. You will be working on building, maintaining and improving search rankings from all aspects of SEO. You will have a continuous dialogue with multiple stakeholders in the organization including e.g. marketing, product owners and IT department.
What you will work with
• Work with the SEO and Demand generation team as well as other members of marketing, sales, product, analytics, and tech teams to ensure maximum impact of SEO
• Perform keyword research and on-page optimization in line with SEO best practices, identify link building opportunities,
• Act on the content strategy and help drive SEO growth through content marketing
• Support content marketing initiatives across teams via optimization, editing and writing when needed
• Assist in SEO content creation and educate and provide feedback to writers on headlines, keyword usage, meta tags, URL structure, and keyword analysis
• Ensure all content is properly optimized, does not cannibalize other content on the site and aligns with our overall content strategy
• Drive and help implement the technical SEO agenda to facilitate organic growth
• Run recurring and ad hoc SEO reports to monitor the organic performance
• Deliver actionable insights to content teams
• Monitor competitors' SEO performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry changes, trends, and best practices, including Google algorithm updates
Who you are
• 3+ years of direct SEO experience
• Deep understanding and experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google ads management, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs
• Experience writing and editing content with the purpose to drive organic traffic
• Experience working with technical SEO implementations
• Experience educating teams of the importance of SEO
• Analytical and data-driven
• Self-motivated and a continuous learner
