Careereye - the 'tripadvisor' for work - is now looking for a Senior UX & Graphic Designer to join our team in Stockholm. 
We are looking for a creative, passionate and innovative individual who is ready to embark on new and exciting challenges.

About the job: 
We are looking for an experienced UX & Graphic designer capable of taking ownership of the design of the platform. You will be a challenging force of innovation with an ability to push for new ideas leading to a better job-seeker experience.
 
The Senior UX & Graphic designer will be a member of the Product Team and will work closely with the engineering and commercial team across the business to ensure a smooth execution of new features and improvements of existing ones.
 
You will be responsible for achieving a state-of-the-art digital experience for our users and be involved in every aspect of the development process, from idea generation to planning, execution and user testing. 

Your responsibilities: 
• Responsible for the design process and overall design quality of the platform, as well as new and existing feature 
• Lead, plan and ensure project deliveries in terms of design and user experience 
• Lead and practice user centered activities to form design decisions based on user data and insights (eg. Customer journey, story mapping, User testing, A / B tests, surveys or other best-suited methodologies) 
• Push for innovation by providing a fresh perspective. Challenge old solutions and be a strong voice for improved usability and accessibility 
• Develop style guides and design principles 
• Create mockups, wireframes and prototypes of new interfaces, evaluate and improve existing ones 
• Design responsive web pages as well as their elements 

Your background and skills: 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (UX design, interaction design, graphic design, product designer, etc.) 
• Experience in working agile and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Experience in executing design and superb UX 
• Strong hands-on skills in design and creating digital user experiences 
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design and user experience 
• Able to conduct discovery and design studio sessions to get buy-in from other stakeholders 
• Produce flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes and hi-fi mockups using story plans and PRDs 
• Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe CC and similar production tools 
• Able to produce clickable prototypes, concepts and wireframes 
• Can take an idea from concept to finished product and quality assurance throughout the process 
• Passionate about design based on customer insights, personas, user testing, data, A / B tests 
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral 

Nice to have: 
• Info-graphic design 
• Experience of working with user-centered marketplaces platforms 
• Ability to write HTML/CSS/JS 
• Knowledge about conversion optimization 
• Experience of Google Analytics or other analytical tools 
• Have worked in both web and apps development 
• Communication skills in Swedish, both written and oral
