hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-04-12ArbetsuppgifterOur client works in the automotive industry and in this assignment, you will be part of the client's Web UX team. As a Senior UX Designer you will be the expert of the product team. Your main function will be to deliver end-to-end user experience design artefacts, like wireframes, stories, usability testing, user flows, and prototypes that balance design aesthetics with intuitive functionality.
In this role a part of your job assignments will be to evolve the insight of the customers' needs and come up with creative solutions. You will collaborate with other designers, developers, user-researchers, and other experts to test critical assumptions, gathering valuable data and creating delightful experiences for existing and becoming customers.
Requirements
• You have more than 6 years of experience working at a consumer-focused tech company, and you realize what it takes to create elegant and consumer-oriented experiences
• You are a versatile designer who is used to work using a variety of skills, like product design, interaction design, and visual design to ensure you deliver magical experiences to the customer
• You have strong communication skills and you have the ability of inspiring teams to take action regarding different matters and you have empathy for the user
• Great collaboration skills, and ability to work with design patterns and different stakeholders from marketing to engineering
• You possess a people-focused design mentality and you are constantly looking to improve your design instinct through user feedback, whether that's hands-on user research or a quantitative A/B test
