As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will have a business-critical role, collaborating closely on both a strategic and operative level with hiring managers and stakeholders in product, engineering, and/or design to find, attract, and engage top talent. You will work in a truly global setting on a visionary team of other creative and driven talent acquisition specialists working to build a leading recruitment organization at the forefront when it comes to recruitment technology and processes.

What you 'll do
You will apply your passion for recruiting best practices to elevate the candidate experience across all touchpoints and contribute your knowledge of talent markets and sourcing methods to through strategic advice to your stakeholders on how to scale their teams most effectively.
You will act as an advisor and partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, fill current openings, and plan for the future. You will work with them and your fellow tech recruiters to build and maintain a pool of key talents and engage with them creatively and continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong pipeline for upcoming recruitments.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle, You will attract the right talent globally by proactively sourcing, searching and connecting with people around the world. Your role in screening and interviewing candidates and administering and providing candidates with feedback and structure interviews based on psychometric tests will ensure we bring people in whose values are in line with Volvo Cars culture. You will also work on gaining alignment across diverse managers and internal stakeholders on fair, effective and efficient processes necessary to ensure diversity and a great candidate experience.
Who are you?
We expect that you are a tech-savvy recruiter with a university education in a technical field, HR, behavioral science, diversity and inclusion, or another relevant field and around five or more years of experience of both advanced sourcing and end-to-end recruitment within tech/digital and/or design who has filled technical roles for diverse clients from startups to large corporations either. Experience working in a global environment in both agency and in-house recruitment, particularly with tech companies or companies that have undergone a digital transformation, would be an advantage. Fluency in both English
You not only have experience with but enjoy the detective work and creativity required for proactive search and effective outreach methods. You should have experience crafting well-written outreach campaigns and job descriptions using the latest research on what works to find and attract diverse talent. You are evidence-driven and probably have your own sourcing tech stack(s) based on testing different methods and strategies that are most effective different types of roles and candidate personas. An active interest in learning about distinctions between programming languages, platforms, tools, design portfolios and approaches, and other technical requirements is highly desirable.
You are curious and interested in gaining deep knowledge of the business, teams, ways of working, and technology in the area you are supporting so that you can match candidates in your pipeline with the right manager at the right time. For this reason, you also enjoy the end-to-end process and have the collaboration and communication skills to build long-term relationships with managers and gaining alignment on priorities and expectations. Experience and certifications in psychometric tests and an understanding of GDPR are also desirable.

You can be located at our Headquarters in Gothenburg or hubs in Stockholm or Lund.
