choice. For our office in Stockholm we are looking for Senior Switching
(NSS) Engineer. Purpose of the Job - Manage the in-depth
specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Center,
regarding MSCi and related interfaces Key Responsibility Areas
JOB ROLES (if defined) AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Correct difficult
technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network,
• Working as Project Mgr. for SW Upgrades - Responsible to involve the
development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes -
Responsible to involve the development of Operations subcontractors on-the job
training - Working as deputy Switching & IP Team Leader
DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Goals and targets to be achieved,
reporting etc.): Always is available when needed. Problems solved or
escalated to the correct group/team. Competence SKILLS AND
KNOWLEDGE (List of the key competencies needed in the position): -
Analytical and conceptual thinking - Collaboration skills - Customer
service orientation - Integrity and credibility - Planning and
organizing skills - Problem solving skills EXPERIENCE (Recommended
work experience for this position): - High level experience in Nokia 2G and
3G equipment - Experience in operating telecommunication networks -
Experience in team building - Good experience in communicating with
different groups/teams EDUCATION (recommended level of
education/knowledge): MSc., BSc. or equivalent.
