For our office in Stockholm we are looking for Senior Switching (NSS) Engineer.
Purpose of the Job
• Manage the in-depth specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Center, regarding MSCi and related interfaces
Key Responsibility Areas
JOB ROLES (if defined) AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network,
• Working as Project Mgr. for SW Upgrades
• Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes
• Responsible to involve the development of Operations subcontractors on-the job training
• Working as deputy Switching & IP Team Leader
DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Goals and targets to be achieved, reporting etc.):
Always is available when needed. Problems solved or escalated to the correct group/team.

MSc., BSc. or equivalent
