The Corporate Strategy and Strategic Product Office team is now looking for exceptional talents to join us as Senior Strategy and Business Development Manager, driving positive, long-lasting change! We consist of experienced Volvo Cars marketers and top achievers recruited both externally and internally from within our company. Our department is a talent catalyst and a springboard for careers within Volvo Cars.
What you 'll do
Together with your colleagues, you will support large change management projects within Strategy, Retail, Marketing, Product Development, Life-Cycle Management and Digital. You will manage your own projects, investigations and play an important contribution to strategic discussions and change initiatives. You are a coach and leader to other strategists within the company. You will also have an important role to raise other peoples' awareness about the company's strategy and strategic topics.
You and your skills
Your main responsibilities are to strongly contribute to major strategic change projects and lead larger projects where you actively involve colleagues from across the organization. You will conduct deep-dives into data and information and need to be capable of focusing on what is important. You are skilled and confident in summarizing findings and present to stakeholders.
We see that you have a Master's degree from University. You have about 8-12 years of work experience from management consultancy or project management in a strategic change management environment, preferably in combination with commercial and/or industry experience. You have a strategic mind-set and excellent analytical skills Challenges, risks and problems can regularly be identified by you but you can also easily elaborate on solutions and scenarios for the future. Your interpersonal skills are excellent since working with others is critical in this role. You master verbal and written communication and is proficient in English.

When working under stress and pressure you stay cool. You are structured and results oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done. Curiosity and willingness to learn new things lies within the core of your personality and you love to step outside your comfort zone and be challenged. You have a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships and networks.
