We are looking for a Senior Solution Sales Executive to join our Nordic Database & Data Management team with placement in Stockholm.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Your primary purpose as a Senior Solution Sales Executive is to achieve your overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the Senior Solution Sales Executive must create a complete territory business plan, further more you need to be proactive, make sure you identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy. You are expected to interact with customers and prospects at the CxO level and your territory will cross-industry corporations in Sweden. Your success will be dependent upon many contacts and interaction, both internal and external. Therefore you have excellent communication skills, adapt easily to changing circumstances in order to meet new challenges together with a virtual team of colleagues and partners. Strong business acumen is a critical skill, enabling you to identify and qualify value driving opportunities. Hard work and focus are a ?given?, but above all you thrive on winning deals.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
Works with VAT team on sales campaigns
Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts and also work to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
7-10 years of experience solution selling B2B
Experience selling to CxOs
Bachelor?s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
Proven track record in target achievement
