Job Description
We are now looking for a Solution Architect within Inventory Optimization Product Area in our new organisation. Business Tech is the new agile product organisation within the larger H&M group. We are organised in small, cross-competent teams each owning a product end-to-end with a mission to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You will be able to try out your creative and innovative ideas and together with your cross-competent team shape the future of retail & supply chain.
The product team Products in Store aims to fulfill our ecosystem's expectation on product availability and transparency in our stores, by providing intelligent replenishment and pick logic with intuitive, available and up to date tools and technology to manage stock in store.

About the role
The role of a Software Engineer holds a broad spectrum from functional knowledge, configuration and testing to development and technical competences. Inside the Inventory Optimization Area you will mostly work with Azure and Microsoft stack, SAP and other technologies we employ in our extended enterprise architecture. We always strive to continuously build knowledge and learn beyond our current skillsets.
Qualifications
You will work alongside a Product Owner, Business Experts and other Software Engineers in an agile team, with the responsibility for creating and designing solutions that delight our end users and customers. Furthermore, you will:
Work with professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle
Translate product strategy and objectives into world-class maintainable and scalable solutions
Collaborate and co-create closely with your product owner and other teams

Requirements - We believe that you...
Enjoy working in a team but can work independently
Are able to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful way
Are able to understand people psychology and to connect to people encouraging new behaviours
Are able to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
Have 5+ years of work experience as a software engineer (preferably with native Azure development, end to end product development lifecycle:
Solution design, database modelling and architectural decisions
Azure / Azure Devops
CI/CD, devops workflow
Unit tests, test automation and integration testing
Code reviews
Analyzing production incidents
ERP solutions (SAP could be a plus)
Excellent understanding of API-based integrations
You like to work with constant improvements
Have good knowledge, both written and oral, in English
