hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Repli5 AB i Göteborg We're recruiting a Senior Software Engineer to lead our software development team when building a world leading 3D world creator for virtual testing of autonomous systems. You will lead our skilled software development team as well as working closely with the machine learning team and our 3D artists. You will be collaborating with our inhouse stakeholders from our tech development team, product team and business development team. Your purpose is to lead Repli5's software development team to achieve awesome products.
Responsibility
Lead the software development team and act as product owner to ensure we can create a tool meeting our internal goals and external expectations. You will be essential in planning and achieving the team's short term efforts and also be part of defining the long-term efforts.
Contribute to the development of software with focus on automating the creation of synthetic worlds and environments.
Write and ensure high-quality code with an emphasis on performance and ease of maintenance.
Communicate and collaborate with business and product development, as well as with external stakeholders.
Be a role model for your team
Requirements
Bachelor/master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a similar field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
Confident programming in C++ and Python.
Fluent in English and excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Experience as a product owner or similar role in an agile context.
Desired Skills, Interests, or Experiences
While not being direct requirements, familiarity with any of the points below is highly valued:
Knowledge of 3D computer graphics software tools, algorithms, and data structures related to geometry processing and computational geometry.
Experience from implementing machine learning algorithms in computer vision applications
DevOps skill set with the ability to improve existing development platforms and CI/CD flows.
Geographic information systems (GIS) and data such as OSM or GeoTIFF. Sensor technologies used within autonomous driving contexts e.g. RGB cameras, LiDAR, or RADAR sensors.
Experience from simulators used within the development of autonomous systems
Experience in collaboration with business development or product development teams
Relevant Tools & Technologies
Essentials: Jira, Bitbucket, Git, Linux
Beneficial Extras: Blender, Unreal Engine, Carla, Docker, AWS
